Who we are

Asi4her | Crowdfunding Platform

Africa has long struggled with the rights of the girl child, facing challenges from cultural taboos, harmful practices, and societal neglect. These barriers have limited opportunities for many girls, often dictating their lives and discouraging them from pursuing their aspirations. Many females find themselves trapped by tradition, hesitant to explore new possibilities for fear of societal backlash.
Mr. Tijani Lawal, the founder of this NGO (PadManNaija), recognized these restrictions and sought out passionate individuals dedicated to uplifting the girl child. He has assembled a diverse group of professionals committed to advancing the mission of the organization.
One of ASI4Her's key objectives is to educate young women in Nigeria about menstrual hygiene. We collaborate with partners such as Dry Love Products, government doctors, nurses, dieticians, educators, and gynecologists, all dedicated to providing essential knowledge on menstruation and hygiene management.
Our mission goes beyond safeguarding the girl child; we aim to ensure her safe and healthy future. We encourage young girls to thrive in all aspects of their lives, prioritizing their menstrual health. Our team, composed of experts from various fields, is united in this effort.
We include medical professionals, motivational speakers, academics, survivors of gender-specific challenges, and other NGO leaders who provide guidance and support. Together, we strive to improve the mental health of the girl child, giving her a voice, hope, and a brighter future.
We are a vibrant and dynamic team focused on empowering the African girl child to embrace her identity and break free from the constraints of low self-esteem and mediocrity. Our goal is to empower girls to take control of their futures and eliminate the fears that hold them back.
